Our Team

Decades of Relevant Experience

Although Bartlett Maritime Corporation is only a few years old, each of our key personnel has decades of highly relevant experience in their fields. In most cases this experience includes both military and civilian key positions related to nuclear powered U.S. Navy ship and submarine design, construction, operation and maintenance.

Original Bartlett Maritime Corporation key personnel each have a years-long working relationship with our Founder; recently added key personnel have common backgrounds and share our commitment to successfully executing our mission in support of the submarine force. In several cases, our key personnel have worked collaboratively on significant relevant projects such as the Virginia Class design project or the turnaround and return to excellence of the once-financially-failed but still-then largest supplier to NAVSEA 08K.

Additional highly-qualified key staff, each with the appropriate experience and background, have been identified and are ready to join Bartlett Maritime Corporation as The Bartlett Maritime Plan™ is implemented.
