Bartlett Maritime Corporation was incorporated on February 22, 2019, for the express purpose of supporting and assisting the U.S. Navy in the resolution of the capacity and capability shortfall in the submarine industrial base supporting both new submarine construction and commissioned submarine maintenance.
Founding
Proceeds from early technical services revenue have been used to fund a portion of the multi-million-dollar investment Bartlett Maritime Corporation has made in developing, at no direct or indirect cost to the Government, The Bartlett Maritime Plan™ to restore the required capacity and capability of the U.S. Naval Shipyard industrial enterprise to provide complete support to the U.S. nuclear-powered naval fleet.
