About Us
Bartlett Maritime Corporation (BMC) was incorporated in February 2019 for the express purpose of supporting the United States Navy in the resolution of submarine industrial base capacity and capability shortfalls with a focus on new submarine construction and commissioned submarine maintenance. BMC began this mission by providing shipyard-related technical services to an international client base.
In March 2023, Bartlett Maritime Corporation took the next step in its mission when it was contracted by NAVSEA’s Submarine Industrial Base (SIB), via BlueForge Alliance, to ready certified welders for deployment to various shipyards as part of BMC’s Rotational Workforce ProgramTM (RWP). This mission continues as BMC seeks to expand its RWP to multiple sites with multiple skilled trades.
